We invite applications for multiple positions to work on theoretical and experimental projects in quantum information processing and quantum computation. Preferred expertise and other specifications are given below. Appointment will be on a contractual and temporary basis. Initial appointment will be for one year but extendable upon satisfactory performance.
Designations: Project Scientist, Senior post-doctoral fellow & post-doctoral fellow
Education Qualification:
(1) Ph.D. in Physics / Mathematics with expertise in quantum algorithms
and quantum simulations
To work on developing new quantum algorithms for quantum simulation of high energy quantum physics and dynamics in chemical complexes (not limited).
(2) Ph.D in Experimental Physics / Quantum Optics with expertise in single
and entangled photons generation using SPDC process.
To work on project related to photonic quantum computation (discrete variable) and quantum imaging, quantum information processing usinghyper-entangled states .
Age: 25 – 35 years
Renumeration: Salary will be fixed based on candidate’s qualifications and experience. It can range
from Rs. 65000 – 100000 / month (consolidated).
