Q-Daksha is a student internship program organised by Quantum Research Park (QuRP) at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru. The program was first launched on National Science Day (28 February 2023) and has been successfully organized in 2023, 2024, and 2025, attracting talented students from across science and engineering disciplines.
The initiative provides aspiring students with a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research and gain first-hand exposure to the rapidly evolving field of Quantum Technologies.
As quantum technology is highly interdisciplinary in nature, we encouraged students from science and engineering disciplines (examples of disciplines, but not restricted to Physics, Chemistry, mathematics, computer science, electrical and electronics, nanotechnology, etc.) to apply.
The Q-Daksha internship/research fellowship program spans 6 to 8 weeks, during which students will work in the research labs of IQTI faculty members. The focus is on gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in various aspects of quantum technologies.
